Account Usage Rules:

You are prohibited from using your account to engage in any illegal or inappropriate behavior, or to harm the rights and interests of chronomu or other users. Otherwise, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal action.
Order Rules:
Once you submit an order and complete payment on the website, we will be deemed to have entered into a transaction agreement and your order will begin processing.
If the order is due to insufficient inventory, incorrect pricing (such as a low price due to a system malfunction), or incomplete delivery information provided, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you via email or SMS. We will also refund the full amount paid.
The product description on the product detail page (including price, specifications, materials, features, etc.) is an integral part of this agreement. If the description differs from the actual product, you may request a refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Return Policy.
Product Liability:
chronomu guarantees that all products sold are authentic and meet relevant quality standards. However, due to the inherent characteristics of the products (such as slight color or dimensional variations on some items), these variations are not considered quality issues if they are within reasonable limits. 
When using the products, you must follow the instructions in the product manual. chronomu assumes no responsibility for damage to the products or personal injury caused by improper use. Intellectual Property:
All content on the chronomu website (including trademarks, logos, product images, text descriptions, and design plans) is protected by intellectual property laws and regulations. Any individual or organization may not reproduce, disseminate, modify, or use the content without our written authorization. Failure to do so will result in liability for infringement.

Disclaimer:

chronomu assumes no liability for service interruptions, order delays, or other issues that cannot be avoided despite reasonable efforts. However, we will do our best to help you mitigate any losses.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content on the website. We assume no liability for any losses caused by inaccuracies in the information unless the cause is intentional or gross negligence.
Modification and Application of Terms:
chronomu reserves the right to amend these Terms based on business developments or changes in laws and regulations. The amended Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with U.S. law (if you are located in another country or region, you will also be subject to local laws). Any dispute arising between you and us regarding these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be brought to a court of competent jurisdiction in the location of chronomu.
