Return Policy
chronomu always values your shopping experience. If you discover a quality issue, mismatched model/style, or other issues that affect the product after receiving it, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:
Return Request Period: Within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, submit a return request through "My Orders" on the website or email service@chronomu.com stating the reason for the return (please include the order number, product name, and a description of the problem, along with clear photos/videos of the product as proof).
Returnable Items:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including labels, tags, and accessories).
Returns due to quality issues are not subject to the "unused" status requirement, but require clear proof of the problem.
Some special items (such as custom-made groceries and perishable foods) are not eligible for returns due to their nature. Please refer to the product details page for details. Return Process:
After submitting a return request, customer service will review it within 24 hours. Upon approval, we will send you the return address and shipping instructions.
Please return the product as instructed. (Return logistics costs: chronomu will cover shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues or our error. Shipping costs are your responsibility for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., "dislike" or "wrong purchase").
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your payment account (the specific time of arrival is subject to the payment platform's regulations).
In the event that a return request is not accepted within the 7-day return period;
Products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their original packaging, preventing resale;
Products that are not quality-related and have been returned without prior communication with customer service;
